I have a 212 hyper evo coolermaster cpu fan that is at a stand still unless i flick it a few times and even then sometimes it doesn't start (or it moves a bit and then stops). Does the fan stop and start on its own? or do i need to replace the fan (hope not because i'm not good with cpu fans). Not sure if it's relevant, but my complete build: CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K.
